In the early days, Au Pain Doré supplied pastries to hotels and restaurants. Though our product offering has expanded over the years to serve the general public, we still prepare a lot of the same original recipes to this day. With that said, we're always on the lookout for new culinary trends and we're proud to roll out new recipes which are easy for our team to make and serve in our cafés.
